Custom Orders

All products are custom-made. Because of the personalized nature of our items:

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom products unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Design & Artwork

Customers are responsible for:

-Providing accurate spelling and details
-Supplying high-quality images or artwork
-Ensuring they have permission to use any logos or designs submitted

    Crafts by Carly is not responsible for issues caused by low-resolution files or incorrect information provided by the customer.

    Mockups

    Design mockups are not guaranteed for all orders. In most cases, production begins based on the information provided at checkout. If clarification is needed, we will contact you before proceeding.

    Production Timelines

    Standard processing time is approximately 3 weeks from the date all required information is received and approved.
    Rush or express processing options, if selected, prioritize your order but do not guarantee exact delivery dates.

    Rush & Express Orders

    Rush fees apply only when selected at checkout and are non-refundable once production has begun.

    Shipping

    Crafts by Carly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has shipped.

    Intellectual Property

    All designs created by Crafts by Carly remain the intellectual property of Crafts by Carly and may not be reproduced without permission.

    Limitation of Liability

    Crafts by Carly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
